Dance

Express. Move. Be you.

Pole, heels, belly dance, hip hop, and more, taught in small groups. All levels are welcome, from a first class to performance prep.

  • Pole and heels
  • Belly dance and hip hop
  • Beginners through advanced

A class, not a show you have to be ready for.

Pole, heels, belly dance, and hip hop share one studio. Start with the style that already feels like you, or try the one you've only watched. Groups stay small, from a first class to people who already perform.

The floor is a real dance room: space to turn, a pole when the class needs one, and a coach who will slow the combo down. You don't have to walk in knowing the steps. Your first group class is free.

Beginners through advanced. The same room.

Styles on the floor

Pole

Strength and lines, taught step by step. A first class doesn't assume you can climb. You learn the grip, the spin, and how to come down.

Heels

Posture, footwork, and a combo you can still remember on the drive home. If you're not sure which shoes to bring, ask us before you come.

Belly dance

Isolations, rhythm, and a class people stay in for years. New students and longtime dancers share the room.

Hip hop

Counts, musicality, and a combo built so a new student isn't lost by the second eight-count. The energy is high. The teaching is patient.

What to bring

Come in clothes you can sweat in. Tie your hair back for pole. For heels, ask which shoe works if it's your first time. Tell the coach about an injury before the combo starts, not halfway through it.

  • All levels share the same studio.
  • Your first group class is free. No membership.
  • Book on the schedule, or call +1 (786) 277-2384.
  • Classes are taught in English, Spanish, Russian, and Ukrainian. Ask which language a class uses.

Good to know

I've never danced. Where do I start?

Start with the style you're curious about. Tell us it's your first class and the coach will keep you in the combo. Pole, heels, belly dance, and hip hop all take beginners.

Do I need my own pole or heels?

The studio has poles. For a heels class, ask us what to wear if you don't own a pair yet.

Can I train for a performance?

Yes. Group classes go from a first class to performance prep. If you want a combo built just for you, look at individual training.
