Terms
Terms & conditions
The previous studio site did not publish terms. These terms cover classes, private sessions, and use of the studio. The account, waiver, and payment are completed in WellnessLiving.
Updated October 8, 2026
Booking and payment
There is no required subscription and no long-term membership. A class, private session, or rental is confirmed when we agree on a time and payment.
You book on the schedule page. Creating an account, signing the waiver, and paying happen in WellnessLiving. Their terms apply to that account and payment.
In class
Arrive ready to train and a few minutes early. Tell your instructor about injuries, pregnancy, or anything else that should change the session before you start. Follow the instructor.
Training is physical. You take part at your own risk. The waiver you sign in WellnessLiving is part of taking class.
Cancellation
Cancel as early as you can so the spot can go to someone else. Any cutoff or fee is the one shown when you book. This site does not set a separate cancellation window.
Parties and rentals
Birthdays, workshops, photo shoots, and private events are confirmed when the time and payment are agreed. We can refuse a use that risks the room, the equipment, or other people.
Conduct
Be respectful of instructors and other clients. We can end a class for someone, and refuse a later booking, when behavior is unsafe or disruptive.
This website
Text and pictures on this site belong to the studio or are used with permission. That includes public Google reviews and the reel covers linked from Instagram. Do not copy them for your own commercial use.
Liability
To the extent Florida law allows, the studio is not liable for injury or loss from physical training, except where the law does not allow that limit. These terms do not remove a right you cannot waive.
Florida law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Questions: flamingofitnesss@gmail.com or +1 (786) 277-2384.
We can update these terms. The date above is the current version. A booking made after an update follows the terms in effect then.
